Pay your premium
Pay premiums and excesses by M-Pesa, or by bank transfer.
Pay by M-Pesa
Open the M-Pesa menu on your phone.
Select Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill.
Enter business number 591349.
For the account number, enter your policy number (premium) or claim number (excess), leaving out the first 8 characters and the slashes.
Enter the amount we advised.
Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm.
Pay by bank transfer
Our bank details are given on request, so that you always have the current ones. Contact customer care before making a transfer.
