Joined the Tausi Board in 1993 and was elected Chairman in March 2006. A Bachelor of Science (Economics) graduate, he is also Chairman of Prime Bank Limited, Leisure Lodge Beach and Golf Resort, and First Merchant Bank, Malawi.

Joined Tausi in March 2003, was appointed CEO and Principal Officer in January 2007 and promoted to Managing Director in February 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), and has worked in insurance since 1983. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2019 Think Business Insurance Awards.

A development economist with more than 30 years in strategic communications and governance, formerly with the World Bank Group. He holds an MPhil in Business Administration (Maastricht), a Master of Economics (Manchester) and a Bachelor of Education in Economics (University of Nairobi).

Joined the Tausi Board in June 2007 and chairs the Asset/Liability Board Committee. A Bachelor of Arts (Honours) graduate with an MBA in International Management, he is Executive Director of Prime Bank Limited.

Joined the Tausi Board in May 2005 and chairs the Audit Board Committee. A Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate, he is an FCA (UK), FCPA (Kenya) and CPS (Kenya), and a Director of Prime Bank Limited.

Joined the Board on 13 December 2018. He holds a master's degree from MIT and engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and previously worked at BMCE Bank International and the International Finance Corporation.

Holds an honorary doctorate from the University of East Africa, a master's in management (Princeton) and diplomas from Cambridge and Makerere. A member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (London) and Fellow of the Institute of Directors (London), he is Group Chairman of Housing Finance Group and Chairman of Continental Reinsurance. He was awarded the Elder of the Burning Spear.

Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Social Legislation (Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, India), Certified Public Secretary (Kenya) and Advocate (Kenya). Started her insurance career in 2004.
